Read this: “I met Kathleen Wynne in the spring of 2012 at a forum hosted to get women more involved in politics. I found her warm, inviting and genuine. I must tell you that I had not really been following politics for the past several years, partly due to a sense of frustration. Frustration at watching events unfold with the same actor, in the same play with the same plot and the same ending. Then I met Ms Wynne. For the first time in a very long time I felt a sense of hope that the guard might just be changing.Don’t get me wrong, I think guiding a province is a very difficult job for anyone tasked to lead. But I get the sense that Ms Wynne has the skill set and personal integrity reqiured in these vastly changing times. To be honest, I think she would make a great Prime Minister and I am so grateful to have her as a role model for my daughters…”
